- Planning Proposals (Rezoning Applications)
- Plan of Management (for boarding houses, serviced apartment, childcare facilities and place of public worship etc.)
- Representation in Council meetings, Local Planning Panel meetings, Joint Regional Planning Panel meetings.
- Representation in Land and Environmental Court (S.34 Conciliation Conference & Hearing)
